• Medical certificate (optional), including its expiry date, where uploaded.
• Booking data: classes booked, attendance, cancellations, waiting lists.
• Technical data strictly necessary to run the app (push notification tokens, session data).

• Membership management and class bookings — performance of the membership relationship.
• Legal, insurance and sport-federation obligations — legal obligation.
• Health data (medical certificate) — processed only to verify fitness for sport activity, on the basis of your explicit consent and applicable sport regulations.
• Promotional communications — only with your separate, optional and revocable consent.

Data is kept for the duration of the membership and for the period required by tax, insurance and sport regulations. Afterwards it is deleted or anonymised.

Data may be processed by technical providers acting as data processors (hosting, database, push notifications) and shared with sport bodies and insurers where required. It is never sold to third parties.

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Account deletion can be requested directly from your profile in the app, or by writing to us.
