Our philosophy
At NKT, we see Muay Thai as both a technical discipline and a tool for personal development. Our training is built around consistency, focus and respect, supporting everyone from beginners to athletes pursuing a competitive career.

Our method
How we train
Cardio warm-up
Jumping rope, running, body weight exercises and shadow boxing to prepare the body and sharpen rhythm.
Padwork, bagwork or clinch
Technical rounds on pads, heavy bag or in the clinch to build power, timing and close-range control.
Technical drilling or sparring
Controlled sparring or focused drills. 14/16 oz gloves plus personal gear are mandatory.
Abs and stretching
Core work and stretching to finish the session, improve recovery and reduce injury risk.
We keep it dynamic. Class structure may vary without notice.
Etiquette
Our values & rules
01
Arrive on time
Coaches expect punctuality as a sign of respect and commitment. They are not obligated to work with late comers.
02
Talk less, train more
Socializing is key to our team, but there's no chatting on the tatami. If you don't listen to the instructions, we won't repeat them.
03
Don't be selfish
If your partner is new, help them and make them feel welcome. We're all here to learn. If someone holds pads for you, you must hold them for them in the next round. Selfishness will not be tolerated.
04
Respect the space
Let's not forget our gear at the gym. Let's work together to keep the space clean and tidy out of respect for everyone training with us and for those coming after us.
Start your journey today
Your first class at NKT is a trial session. Come to Via F. Redi 1A in Rome, bring comfortable clothes and water — we lend you gloves for the trial. No experience needed: beginners train in their own group from day one.
